Finally we have produced a 5 minute high definition video shot at our recent school prom. Make sure you click on the HD button on the bottom right as you begin to watch the video. It shows an awesome laser show and lighting effects from Chauvet and other manufacturers. The prom was the talk of the town and needless to say a very exciting time for the class of 2009. The music rolled on through the night accumulating in the crowning of the prom king and queen.
During the prom text live was used where the students could text messages to each other or to the DJ. The DJ received all of the messages via a lap top and then decided on which ones would be displayed on the two big screens either side of the DJ booth. The texts were continuous throughout the night but the last hour was dedicated purely to music video. The kids could chat throughout the prom to each other having messages displayed and it helped to create a real interactive experience, way to go Academy DJs.
